Primarily for Conference Pathfinder Staff and Area Coordinators

Conference Pathfinder Staff and Area Coordinators from around the North American Division (NAD) meet every two months online to network and receive advanced TLT staff training. For 2022 we will be teaching the four online training modules of the TLT Mentor Operations covering one module each time we meet (see the schedule below).

A prerecorded self-study course to equip TLT Mentors with the fundamental aspects of Teen Leadership Training (TLT) ministry in their club.

The TLT networking sessions are intended to share plans for upcoming TLT activities. These give opportunities for other TLT leaders to hear about and brainstorm ideas that they could implement in their conferences and clubs.
