TLT Networking
Primarily for Conference Pathfinder Staff and Area Coordinators
Conference Pathfinder Staff and Area Coordinators from around the North American Division (NAD) meet every two months online to network and receive advanced TLT staff training. For 2025 we will be teaching the four online training modules of the Club Director / TLT Associate Director Operations covering one module each time we meet (see the schedule below).
Club Director / TLT Associate Director Operations

This course is intended to be a self-study course for the purpose of equipping the local Pathfinder club leaders in the fundamental aspects of operating a successful TLT ministry. The learning experience will be helpful for all club staff who desire to transition their Pathfinder ministry into a Leadership Skills Development Program for their teens.

TLT Networking
The TLT networking sessions are intended to share plans for upcoming TLT activities. These give opportunities for other TLT leaders to hear about and brainstorm ideas that they could implement in their conferences and clubs.

TWO reminder emails will be sent with the Agenda and Zoom link. One week before and one day before. Sign ups after 3:00pm Eastern the day before each event will be invited to join the following meeting.
