Adventurer Club Basic Staff Certification
The Adventurer Club Basic Staff Curriculum is designed to develop an awareness in leaders of the fundamentals of the Adventurer Club and to help the Adventurer Club staff become familiar with the procedures, policies, and resources necessary to start and maintain an Adventurer Club Ministry.
It is not intended that participants will learn how to teach Adventurers, but rather those basic elements of information necessary for any Adventurer staff member or leader to fulfill his or her duties in the club.
Participants will attend a training workshop conducted by the conference Adventurer Club Ministry personnel. This will normally be conducted over one weekend but may, at the discretion of conference personnel, be broken up into smaller segments, if necessary, to suit the needs of the conference. This training includes both workshop lectures and discussion.
It is recommended that each participant own an Adventurer Club Director's Guide. Additional resources are suggested for each workshop.

NAD Adventurer Club Basic Staff Certification

The Adventurer Club Basic Staff Certification is designed to develop the skills required to be an effective Adventurer Club staff. Participants will discover the purpose, mission, philosophy, and history of the Adventurer Club ministry. They will also acquire knowledge on how to organize an Adventurer Club. The participant will become acquainted with the planning process of a club, developing flow charts, yearly calendars, and creating a budget for the club. The participant will also understand the developmental growth of children and will learn methods of teaching the Adventurer curriculum in a creative, spiritual, and meaningful way.

Curso Básico de Certificación para el Personal del Club de Aventureros de la División Norte Americana

El curso Básico de Certificación para el Personal del Club de Aventureros está diseñado para desarrollar las habilidades necesarias para ser un personal eficaz del Club de Aventureros. Los participantes descubrirán el propósito, la misión, la filosofía y la historia del ministerio del Club de Aventureros. También adquirirán conocimientos sobre cómo organizar un Club de Aventureros. Se familiarizarán con el proceso de planificación de un club, desarrollarán diagramas, calendarios anuales y crearán un presupuesto para el club. También el participante entenderá el crecimiento y desarrollo de los niños y aprenderá métodos para enseñar el plan de estudios de los Aventureros de una manera creativa, espiritual y significativa.
