NADYM StaffPathfinders

The following information is being republished from Pastor Ron’s Top 12 in the International Camporee newsletter.

1.  OFFICE CLOSED
The CYE office will be closed August 7-19 for Camporee. During that time, we prefer that you email your questions to Serge@cye.org, but you may also call our office phone 269-471-8380 (calls will be forwarded). Responses will be more limited than usual, but we will respond as soon as we can.

2.  IMPORTANT
Club directors: Please count the number of Pathfinders that you have for each age group before you get to registration. These separate age groups will designate what wristband each attendee will receive.

3.  CHOIR
If you would like to sing in the Camporee choir, we will be taking the first 300 Pathfinders who line up by the ‘Choir’ sign at the front right side of the Main Stage, by the baptismal tanks at 2:00pm, Wednesday August 14, 2019.

Rehearsals are the following times: Wednesday through Friday: 2:00pm-3:00pm, Sabbath: 8:45am.  If you are interested in being an instrumentalist, please contact Philip Byrd.

4.  DONATE CAMPING EQUIPMENT
If your club will be leaving camping equipment after Camporee, please consider donating it by placing it at one of the designated collection sites August 17-18. Find more information here, or contact Becky.
